Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how personal data submitted through quote and contact requests on this website is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Data processed

Name, company, email address, phone number, project description and files you upload, plus your IP address for security purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to evaluate your quote request, contact you and prepare a proposal, based on Article 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than email and hosting service providers.

Retention

Data is kept for a reasonable period after the quote process ends and is then deleted or anonymised.
